Here at Nova Mente Jiu Jitsu Academy, we offer World-Class Martial Arts Instruction. We are located in Sheridan, Co, which is a suburb close to the heart of Denver, Colorado.

People from all walks of life participate in our Programs for a variety of reasons. Some of these include: learning effective self-defense, gaining more self-confidence, looking to increase their stamina or muscle mass, wanting to tone up, searching for a new hobby, want better discipline or respect, and some are just looking for a community to make lifelong friends.
