6 Steps to A Life Worth Living


1. There is nothing to resist. 

  • What are your commitments? Are you suffering at all right now? If so, look at what you are resisting.

  • Does it go against what you are committed to? Are you committed to being at peace? Happy? Fulfilled? Loving? Powerful? 

  • Everything you resist will bring suffering! Acceptance is the basis of love.

 

2. This is it and it's perfect. It really is.

  • Life is going the way it is going. If it was supposed to go a different way, it would have. You are right where you are supposed to be. If you were supposed to be somewhere else...well, you would be.

 

3. You get to chose your life

  • What do you want? Who do you want to be? What difference do you want to make? You have the power to create anything for yourself and your life at anytime. It all starts with communication!

4. Instead of planning the future, why not sit back and watch what the future is creating for you right now?

  • Who you are being right now?

  • Your way of being now in the moment gives your future. Are you being in this moment a person acting on their commitments or some other way?

  • Just be who you are committed to being right now. To be in the future right now...not someday down the road...be that person now and watch what shows up. It will show up!

 
 

5. It is all for naught if it is all about you!

  • Give your life to/for something bigger than yourself. Make a difference for others and see how nice it is to take the attention off of yourself. Stand for something great. Stand for something profound.

 
 

6. Finally, actions produce outcomes.

  • Take enough consistent actions around your commitments, have other people see what you see, share yourself, share your ideas, make the difference, create a team around you and watch the transformation take place. Take actions!
